Return and warranty
SunnySky motors are crafted from high-quality materials, ensuring durability for prolonged use. Each motor undergoes meticulous manufacturing processes and stringent quality control measures at the factory. While unexpected exceptions may arise, there's no need for concern about our service. The motors come with a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Components like motor bearings, shafts, and propeller adapters are considered normal wear parts, necessitating periodic maintenance and replacement. Consequently, these parts are not included in the one-year warranty, and any subsequent damage to the motor or aircraft resulting from wear parts is also not covered.
Instances of misuse and abuse, such as overloading and crashes, fall outside the scope of the warranty policy. A motor displaying burnt wires, indicative of overload, is not covered under this warranty policy.
For maximum life of the product, we suggest to install motors and accessories properly, and put a small drop of oil on each bearing every 10 flights. If phenomena of motor vibration, shaking, roughness, or notches in bearings are observed after a period of use, it is suggested to replace motor bearings immediately. It is the responsibility of the pilot to ensure that the bearings are maintained properly and periodically. If you are not satisfied with our products or our services, you can return the products in 30 days from the date that you receive those items. Your payment will be fully or partially refunded, depending on the condition of the returned product. Products purchased more than 30 days may be exchanged for warranty but are not eligible for refund. Please make sure to contact us via email to email@example.com first in all cases. We will send you a RMA code and a customer service request form for fast processing of your return.
Returned product should be in mint condition. Damaged products that are not covered by warranty are not eligible for return and refund. All accessories come with the product should be sent back together.
No restock fee will be charged if the product is in new condition with its original packing. Otherwise a minimum 10% or up to 50% restock fee of the original price will be charged depending on the condition of a returned product.
Refund will be deposited into the account you made payment to us. Please allow us 3-5 working days to check the product before refund is released.
In any cases shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping cost will be deducted from free shipping orders.
